Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – Adv. OKANDJU OKONGE Flory, Executive Secretary of the Central Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency (CCTTFA), participated in the Global Logistics Convention 2024. The event, hosted by the Tanzania Freight Forwarders Association (TAFFA), The Federation of East African Freight Forwarders Associations (FEAFFA), and the Ministry of Transport of the United Republic of Tanzania, focused on the critical theme of “Africa’s Supply Chain and Logistics Industry in the Age of Sustainability.”
During the convention’s inaugural panel discussion, Mr. Emmanuel Rutagengwa, CCTTFA Director of Transport Policy and Planning, emphasized the agency’s commitment to supporting East Africa’s logistics sector in its transition to a greener future. He shared insights into CCTTFA’s initiatives and best practices aimed at promoting sustainable logistics practices among its member states.
