Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – April 26, 2025. The Central Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency (CCTTFA), under the leadership of the Executive Secretary, proudly handed over a range of essential training resources to the Tanzania Freight Forwarders Association (TAFFA).
These resources, including computers and furniture are set to enhance the functionality and reach of TAFFA’s Training Centre.
This handover marks a significant milestone in the implementation of the CCTTFA’s Workplan for the Financial Year 2024/2025, spearheaded through its Customs and Trade Facilitation Department. By equipping the TAFFA Training Centre with the necessary tools, CCTTFA is strengthening efforts to provide high-quality training to logistics professionals both in Tanzania and across the Central Corridor Member States.
TAFFA is now positioned to offer both in-person and remote capacity building programs, enabling broader access to professional development opportunities for freight forwarders and logisticians throughout the region.
TAFFA expressed deep gratitude for the continued partnership with CCTTFA, recognizing the invaluable role such collaborations play in enhancing regional trade efficiency and professional standards.
This initiative reflects CCTTFA’s commitment to empowering trade facilitation stakeholders and supporting sustainable growth across the Central Corridor.
