CCTTFA current Executive Secretary Adv. OKANDJU OKONGE Flory hosted the founding Executive Secretary Mrs. Rukia Shamte ‘Mama Shamte’ when she recently visited the Secretariat’s offices in Dar es Salaam.  The two deliberated on progress made by the Secretariat in implementing its mandate to Member States and touched on future strategies in place to ensure the Central Corridor remains “The Competitive and Sustainable Trade Route of Choice”.

After their fruitful discussions Mama Shamte had an opportunity of interacting with Secretariat Staff some of whom were part of the founding members of the Secretariat. She urged all staff to keep working hard and ensure the Central Corridor grows into greater heights and bring economic benefits to all the Member States.
