CCTTFA Executive Secretary Adv. OKANDJU OKONGE FLORY held a consultative meeting with Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) Commissioner of Mr. Said Athuman in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. In their consultations they discussed Electronic Cargo Tracking System (ECTS) project that CCTTFA is supporting the organization.
In keeping with CCTTFA mandate to facilitate trade among member states, we support our stakeholders to improve service provision and efficiency. The support to TRA is a fully equipped Electronic Cargo Training control room. Located on the 17th floor of TRA House in Dar es Salaam, the ECTS control room will be used to monitor movement of all cargo under customs control.
