On 19th November 2025, at the French Embassy in Tanzania, the Central Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency (CCTTFA) formalized a strategic partnership with the French-Tanzania Chamber of Commerce (FTCC). The Executive Secretary of CCTTFA, accompanied by his team, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Chairman of the French-Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Christopher Darmois, to promote investment and support transformative transport, logistics, and infrastructure projects across Tanzania and the Central Corridor.
The signing took place during the 2025 Annual Transport Task Force Meeting, where CCTTFA and the French-Tanzania Chamber of Commerce presented key transport and infrastructure projects to French companies, business groups, and other stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for collaboration and investment.
This partnership strengthens regional connectivity and trade, leveraging the expertise and networks of both organizations to accelerate critical infrastructure development. It represents a significant step toward building a modern, efficient, and inclusive transport and logistics network along the Central Corridor.
