CCTTFA participated in the 8th Meeting of the Assembly of Ministers of the Intergovernmental Standing Committee on Shipping (ISCOS) that took place in Lusaka, Zambia. The theme for the meeting was ‘Enhancing Collaborations, Building Synergies for the Transformation and Growth of Africa’s Shipping and Maritime Sector’ and brought together maritime experts making up the Central Corridor member countries of DRC, Tanzania and Uganda together with Kenya and the host Zambia.
CCTTFA Executive Secretary Adv. Okandju Okonge Flory represented the Secretariat in the meeting to discuss cross-cutting issues, rationalize policies and practices with a view of achieving efficiency and seamless connectivity through the supply chain.
