The key activities that the Infrastructure Program include among others:
- Lead to setup a comprehensive database of on-going and planned projects
- Lead the preparation of project summary sheets and due diligence on proposed projects to Board
- Support the preparation of research, position and policy drafts to guide decision makers
- Support to conduct Multi-Criteria Analysis of CCTTFA Programs and Activities
- Support to write clear and narrowly focused TOR to hire consultants to carry out specialty work;
- Participate in concentration of CCTTFA in its role of advocate for large-scale projects
- Participate in monitoring the progress on corridor related projects developed under other agencies and suggestion of the interventions that would support its success
- Participate in coordinating and following up after prioritization of agreements
- Participate in policy advocacy and promotion for reforms
- Support the creation of the responsiveness performance indicators Service charter
- Support the maintenance continuous dialog with private sector (business, industry, and investors)
- Participate in monitoring of the state of Infrastructure along the Corridor
- Support the monitoring of a cargo processing capacity along the Corridor
